Search and replace suggestion for MS Word

For those who are new to this concept, you can highlight a word (double right click) and in Microsoft word press control (Ctrl) and H and a search/replace dialogue box will appear.
I had a character named Rick and did this to change the character’s name. As a result EVERY word that had those four letters in it, (rick) was altered. The spelling program found a few odd words. Luckily the change created “bad words”.
So here is a suggestion: when replacing a word, put a space before and after that word so others with the character sequence won’t be inadvertently be messed up.
